Consideration clause regarding cancellation - In all due respect to other clients and therapists time and consideration, we strictly enforce and require 24 hour cancellation. Providing us less will result in being fully charged if we are unable to refill your scheduled time slot. If a gift certificate was purchased for the appointment, and less than 24 hours was given, then the gift certificate will be null and voided. Thanks for your full cooperation and understanding. If you schedule an appointment during major holiday week, a 72 hour cancellation is required.
